En este post vengo a dejarles el video de una canción que grabó Gerard con Kyosuke Himuro para la nueva versión de Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. Les dejo también la letra de la canción, espero que la disfruten :)

Skylines and Turnstiles - CANCIÓN DEL MES!

Hola Soldiers!

La canción del mes es Skylines and Turnstiles. Quedó en empate con Welcome to the Black Parade y Desolation Row, pero elegí el análisis de esta canción porque es del primer CD y... Más bien lean, que ahí se van enterando -si no lo sabían-:

La canción Skylines and Turnstiles hace parte del primer CD de estudio de My Chemical Romance —’I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love’— lanzado el 23 de Julio de 2002 y es de hecho la primera canción compuesta por la banda. Esto lo ha dicho el vocalista Gerard Way en repetidas ocasiones. La idea surgió en su mente al ser testigo de los fatídicos eventos en el World Trade Center el 11 de Septiembre de 2001, al poco tiempo llamó a su amigo de ése entonces Matt Pelissier y empezaron a componer juntos lo que conoceríamos después como Skylines and Turnstiles y de paso surgió la idea de la banda que nos une hoy en este blog xD. Reunión de Marzo en MEDELLÍN!

Hola Gente!
Bueno, sólo lo pongo aquí por formalidades y bla bla... xD
La reunión del Rmy en MEDELLÍN quedó para el DOMINGO 15 DE MARZO DE 2009 a las 2:00 PM. Nos vamos a ver en la estación UNIVERSIDAD del metro, por la salida al Parque Explora. Allá estaremos rondando por el Jardín Botánico y más o menos a las 5:00 PM nos vamos para el Metrocable de San Javier... Wii! No olviden las cámaras, como la vez pasada ¬¬U y nos vemos!
